Alan Harrah

Alan went to the REAL UOM (Michigan), he loves tennis, and he’s the best pickleball player in his family!

Why are you involved with ISM leadership?
To pass on what I have learned and advance the practice of supply management to the next generation. Also, it is important to network and develop strong connections in the Twin Cities.

Why are you involved with ISM leadership?
I have a passion for learning about supply chain topics, strategies and passing those learnings along to other supply chain practitioners. I love to see new professionals grow and succeed in this space. Additionally, connecting with others in Supply Chain allows us to continue to grow and evolve our trade.

I have been to more countries around the world than states in the US. I love to spend time with my family, traveling, outdoors, hiking, and coaching.
Jovelyn Larson

Why you are involved with ISM leadership?: I have a strong sense of devotion for the nonprofit sector as it gives me a deep appreciation for how nonprofit organizations like ISM seek to improve the skills of sourcing/procurement professionals to help them become leaders who can deliver high valued services to their business partners that drives organization and business performance.
Fun fact about Jovelyn: I love singing karaoke. I can speak 7 local dialects of the Phillippines.

Why you are involved with ISM leadership? I’m very interested in understanding supply chain and procurement best practices. I also enjoy sharing this information with peers in the industry and learning from their point of view. ISM is a great organization that is a cross-section of different levels of experience, industries, and ideas.

Todd Bauman
Current Company: Ascential Technologies
Title: Sr. Director, Global Supply Chain

Todd Bauman is a self-proclaimed supply chain geek who has been a strategic leader within the supply chain space for over 25 years. Experience in industries like medical device, electronics, food, and industrial manufacturing has given rise to skills which help him to anticipate potential obstacles and risks, and to creatively problem solve and identify paths to success. Todd is known for his strategic and authentic leadership which are critical skills developed by his experiences and education. Todd has a passion to learn and is a catalyst for change because of his love for teaching, coaching, and mentoring people which is important to help others identify and maximize their strengths and potential.
Todd’s educational background consists of a Doctorate in Business Administration in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capella University, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, and a BA in Management from Bethel College. Todd is also on the Board of Directors with the APICS organization and holds the designation of Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

Why you are involved with ISM leadership?
ISM is a great organization to keep current on the best practices in our field and build a strong network of colleagues to support my professional and personal growth. I enjoy mentoring and discussing current challenges with both those new to our profession and those who have been in supply management for many years.
Fun fact about Randy:
In my spare time, I enjoy bike riding, visiting state parks, and visiting my three granddaughters. I am an avid American history fan and have read many books, especially on the Civil War and World War II.
