I am passionate about personal development, networking with other supply chain executives, and staying on top of the latest industry trends.

Alan is a HUGE Michigan Wolverines fan (Go BLUE!), he loves golf and pickleball, and he enjoys spending time with his family - especially his new granddaughter Mia.

Why are you involved with ISM leadership?
To pass on what I have learned and advance the practice of supply management to the next generation. Also, it is important to network and develop strong connections in the Twin Cities.

Why you are involved with ISM leadership?
To engage with regional thought leaders and advance best practices in integrated end-to-end supply chain management. The organization provides leading edge data driven resources in supply chain areas including sourcing, supplier relation management, supplier negotiations, compliance, risk mitigation, tariffs, and more while staying current on innovations in automation, AI‑enabled planning, and sustainable supply chain strategies.

I play the accordian (my mother had aspirations that I would join Lawrence Welk some day)

To influence the program offerings that can bring benefit to the numerous Sourcing Professionals throughout the Twin Cities.

Why are you involved with ISM leadership?
I am driven by the growth and evolution of strategic procurement and supply chain functions. I enjoy exploring procurement strategy, AI, continuous improvement and innovation, and sharing those learnings with other practitioners. Supporting the development of new professionals and connecting with peers across the supply chain community helps us collectively advance our trade.
Fun facts about Ryan:
I have been to more countries than states and love to travel for leisure and for business. I love to spend time with my family, traveling, spending time outdoors, hiking, and coaching youth sports.
Jovelyn Larson

Why you are involved with ISM leadership?: I have a strong sense of devotion for the nonprofit sector as it gives me a deep appreciation for how nonprofit organizations like ISM seek to improve the skills of sourcing/procurement professionals to help them become leaders who can deliver high valued services to their business partners that drives organization and business performance.
Fun fact about Jovelyn: I love singing karaoke. I can speak 7 local dialects of the Phillippines.

I joined ISM Leadership to expand my procurement network and keep current on best supply chain practices. The variety of informative monthly topics and the Fall conference help to support my professional and personal growth.
Fun Facts about Stacey:
I’m a die-hard Vikings football fan, even my bank card features the Vikings logo. When I visited Green Bay, WI and used my Vikings bankcard at various stores and restaurants, the typical response at checkout was “I’m really sorry for your loss but we’ll still take your card.”

I am involved with ISM Leadership because developing people is central to who I am as a leader. Teaching, coaching, mentoring, and training are not side activities for me — they are core to my leadership philosophy. ISM provides a platform to share practical experience, elevate the profession, and help the next generation of supply chain leaders grow with confidence and capability.

Why are you involved in ISM leadership?
I am involved with ISM leadership to share knowledge I have gained over 26 years in Supply Chain and Logistics, to continue learning, and to network with others in the area. I believe strongly in value creation and hope to bring another perspective to an organization I believe strongly in and help ISM grow.

I am a self-proclaimed rock-hound, a forager of wild foods, and avid gardener of edible flowers.

Why you are involved with ISM leadership?
ISM is a great organization to keep current on the best practices in our field and build a strong network of colleagues to support my professional and personal growth. I enjoy mentoring and discussing current challenges with both those new to our profession and those who have been in supply management for many years.
Fun fact about Randy:
In my spare time, I enjoy bike riding, visiting state parks, and visiting my three granddaughters. I am an avid American history fan and have read many books, especially on the Civil War and World War II.
